A small-batch spirit maker in the heart of Deep Ellum, Texas. Currently paying the bills with vodka while aging an Irish-style whiskey made with unmalted Texas barely. Through brandy-style proofing and continuous filtration, our vodka is world-class, highly decorated with medals, and completely crushes the competition.
